My skin used to look REALLY bad! I knew nothing about skincare back then, but one day I looked into the mirror and decided to change this. That’s how it all began, the beginning of the journey is well documented with pictures. I can say that I could achieve great results with a better skin care routine and Korean cosmetics, I learned a lot and I hope I can improve the condition of my skin even more in the future.
I have combination skin with oily T-zone. I have large pores and get huge, red pimples a few times a month if I don’t pay attention to my routine and diet, if I stress too much etc. Hormonal acne has ruined my skin, I’m still recovering. I have never been to a dermatologist (which is stupid, I know), I don’t take any medication, I’m not on birth control either, that’s why it is much harder to achieve anything with cosmetics only. Butit’s OK, I enjoy taking small steps.
Here are some products I like a lot, they helped a lot back in the day and even these days.

The most important things for me: AHA, retinol, sunscreen, Vitamin C, Niacinamide, anything with centella asiatica to sooth my skin. I love using fermented essences and serums and BHA can be useful too but when it comes to peeling AHA exfoliators are more effective for me.
It’s important to get to know our skin, I spent years doing it, testing different products and I’ve had so much fun!
