I’m crazy about Benton products because of several reasons. First of all, the ingredients are carefully selected, the quality of the products is undeniable and it’s nice to see how two brothers turn their knowledge and experience into one company, one dream without “pushing” it too hard with advertisements. They believe that their well made products will be discovered, even if it goes a bit slower. Well, the Benton fever has reached me too, I’m happy to see that Europe is starting to get to know this brand and people are ready to try out something different.
I love my Benton Aloe BHA toner, I have been using it for months, and it made me want to buy something else as well. The Snail Bee High Content Essence got so many positive reviews, I just couldn’t ignore it anymore, I had to have it, here’s my review! 🙂
The ingredients are fantastic and most of them are infused into this tiny bottle (ok, not too small, 60 ml) to heal your skin. What it is good for? Well, everything: healing, moisturizing, anti-aging, whitening etc. even if you have sensitive or acne-prone skin! But what does essence mean in skin care? I’m no expert but for me this product is something between a serum and a toner.
My skin loves it, it absorbs very fast (the gel has no scent to it, don’t worry, it’s not even sticky), I have not experienced irritation though you might find some bloggers saying this line of products causes pimples, but this essence is so amazing, I really can’t say negative things about it. I do suffer from acne but this product caused no problems at all. We have heard many great things about snail secretion but bee venom is what caught my attention. Bee venom? How does that even work? Well, in short: the venom tricks your skin and it starts to make more collagen and heal itself faster. Sounds good, especially because my biggest concern is the lack of healing when it comes to the skin around my jaw line.
Do you want to whiten your scars, moisturize and heal your skin with fancy ingredients and you don’t want to pay too much? Then you should really try out the Snail Bee line by Benton!
